		<description>Hmm.. maybe an instant two-year ban for the TEAM (including the sports director) if anyone gets caught doping? Or maybe the team director is automatically ejected and banned if any team member tests positive. It's not that I want to punish the innocent, but I think there needs to be a stronger incentive for management to really enforce a no-doping policy.</description>
