Have you ever had dreams that really frighten you and made you loose the grip of your own sanity ? Have you ever had thoughts that trigger a panic attack ? My guess you have such thoughts and dreams, scary aren’t they ?
I think that most people loose their mind every night, when they go to sleep and dream of anything between electronic sheep and killing their dog or something else. Dreams are both scary and excilerating, especially when you can control the dream, when you play and rewind and make corrections. I guess it’s a process that makes you loose many hours of sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning with a headache, you know that your mind has been having a very intense dream. Wonder what it was all about…
Take the sex dream that you had last night and try to make out the face of the person you were involved with in you dream. My guess is that you can’t really make out who the person is, judging by their body features or any other characteristics. I can surely say that you are having a dream about someone that you hardly know on a intimate level but you are attracted to and you haven’t told the person, your true feelings, have you !?
You just express them in your dreams about them, very vividly. I and everyone else have had such dreams and they are more common then one might think. Dreams are very interesting and i think they can be as addictive as alcohol or drugs, given the proper content and control of the dream pattern.
Dreams can also liberate you from everyday stress and pressures and you go on a revenge rampage in your dream, killing everyone that hs given you a hard time. Does that, then make you into a would-be assassin ?
Imagine the day that thoughts and dreams could be monitored and viewed afterwards, how would your dreams look ? Would you keep on dreaming or would you stop ?
